Directly in the application, in the "More" menu, you'll find the "Help" setting. Then click on "Report a problem" and simply fill in your request and send it to our Support department.

Hello I am trying to connect Kinomap to life fitness f3 , which is compatible , but it is not connecting on iPad .can you help
I have a life fitness RunCX treadmill. It does not connect to the KinoMap app as well. It does not find the treadmill when searching for it. I have been emailing with Kinomap support who couldnt find a solution. Today I had a Life Fitness technician come to my home to try to solve this and they could not either. They are going to bring this up to their engineers. My recommendation is for KinoMap and Life Fitness support and engineering team get together to solve this. Otherwise anyone with a life fitness treadmill cannot use the Kinomap app.
having login issues
I have connection problems and when I do connect all my completed activities are no longer in my feed
Can login on app or website, resetting password doesn't seem to do anything. On a device that was already logged in I can't see my activity feed. No way to contact anyone other than Zendesk which takes days/weeks for response
The app is completely crashed, I tried to contact support multiple times, no answer?
I have the same issue, the app is stuck on "lets configure your profile together", I sent an email to suport, no answer.
Yes, it's pretty damn annoying. The least they could do is answer. I've tried everything, and still nothing works..
Just reinstalled the app and it works😱unbelievable!! You should try it too. I wonder for how long it will work!!?!

I was able to get it working by downgrading to an older version, not sure how far you need to go back but the one I am on is from July 2024.
Colm, how do you get an older version? I'm on Android platform.
I have been having the same 'login' issue where it gets stuck on 'lets configure your profile together' using version 4.1.4 from the playstore, i have just downloaded version 4.0.14 using apkmirror.com, this has now worked and i can use the app now,
i have had to disable auto-update on kinomap on google play store so it doesnt update to the broken version
