A Bluetooth Smart sensor cannot be detected if it is already connected to another application or piece of equipment. Remember to completely close any application that may be connected to your sensor, or simply disconnect it.
Note that Bluetooth Smart is only available for Android 5.0 and iPad 3 for IOS.
