1. On the app
If you're unable to log in to the app and the fields "Username / email" and "Password" are highlighted in red, the first thing to do is check if your username or email address is correct. If they are correct, it means the password is incorrect and may need to be changed.
Important: Due to General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) guidelines, we cannot specify whether the issue is with the password or the username/email.
To change your password, simply tap on "Forgot password?". You will then be redirected to the website.
Once on the web page, again click on "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You will receive an email to reset your password. Please check your Spam or Junk folder if you don't see the email in your inbox.
