How to cancel my subscription?

You can cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription at any time.

• If you took out the subscription on the App Store, cancellation must be done directly from your Apple account settings: 

  • Cancel a subscription from Apple

  • Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple

• If you took out the subscription on the Google Play Store, you must cancel directly on the Google Play Store:

  • Cancel or change a subscription on Google Play

  • Learn about Google Play refund policies

• If you subscribed from our website, you can manage your subscription at: Kinomap subscription management

Simply click on the "Subscription settings" button next to your subscription, then cancel it.

Make sure you get this confirmation message:

Note that your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period.
