You can subscribe through the integrated purchase systems of Apple and Android. In this case, subscription management is handled directly in the Apple Store or PlayStore, not through our website.
There is a difference between in-app purchases and traditional purchases on the WEBSITE:
-
When you subscribe through the in-app purchase system, Apple and Android link the purchased service to the device used for the subscription.
-
When you subscribe through the website, the subscription is linked to your Kinomap account, which you can use on any device without specific actions.
If the app prompts you to subscribe even though you already are, two scenarios may apply:
-
You have recently reinstalled Kinomap on your device.
-
You have installed Kinomap on a different device from the one used for the initial purchase. First, ensure that this new device is logged into the same Apple or Google account used for the initial purchase.
To proceed, go to the 'Profile' menu, then click on the blue 'Subscribe Now' button.
As you can see on the screen below, there is a 'Restore' button visible at the bottom. Simply click on this button and follow the steps.
Your purchase has now been restored on your device, and you can use the application again.

Can't find 'restore purchase' button
I subscribed with my Credit Card through the website, paying both monthly and family option. First of all, the family option DOES NOT appear to be active and the site is trying to charge again for it. Then, when trying to Restore from the app, it asks me to log in into my Apple account, which I'm NOT using for kinomap (I'm using my GMAIL), so is not restoring anything and it's asking me to subscribe... It's a loop I can not go through apparently.
