When you purchase a subscription, there are several ways to download your invoices.
Website Subscription
For a subscription purchased on our website, simply log in to your Kinomap account and go to the “My Subscriptions” menu. Then, click on “Invoicing details”:
On this page, you’ll see an icon that allows you to download your invoice:
Please note that if your personal information is not saved in your account settings, you will not be able to download an invoice. A message will prompt you to provide the necessary information.
In-app subscription
If you have an in-app subscription, simply go to the relevant app store.
