Understanding the app menus

The Kinomap app offers an intuitive interface made up of several menus for easy access to all features. Whether you want to explore videos, track your performance, or take on challenges, everything is within reach!

Here is an overview of the main menus to help you get started 👇

📱 The main menu (at the bottom of the screen)

This menu is always accessible from the main screen of the app and consists of four tabs:

🔍 Browse

This is the starting point to access all training videos available on Kinomap. You will also find coaching sessions, structured workouts, and more (see next section).

🏆 Challenges

Take on challenges alone or with other users! It’s the ideal place to boost your motivation and track your ranking.

📰 Feed

Find the activities of the Kinomap community, your latest sessions, and stay up to date with news, rankings, or events.

👤 My profile

Access your statistics, connected devices, subscriptions, and personal settings from the gear icon in the top right corner of the screen.

🧭 Advanced menus in "Browse" (at the top of the screen)

When you are in the Browse menu, you have access to a series of tabs located at the top of the screen. These categories allow you to filter the type of workout you want:

🎥 Videos

Thousands of immersive videos filmed in real conditions, sorted by activity, difficulty, location, or duration.

👨‍🏫 Coaching

Sessions guided by coaches to support you step-by-step in your training goals.

🧠 Structured workout

Sessions based on time, power, or heart rate intervals, for focused and progressive training.

🗺️ Map

Displays videos according to their geographical location. Ideal for choosing your route by destination!

⚙️ Free workout

Do you prefer to train freely, with or without a specific goal? This tab offers you two options: 

• Indoor sessions: train indoors while tracking your real-time data (for example, on a treadmill or bike without video).

• Outdoor sessions: record your outdoor workouts using your device’s GPS.
