Kinomap, through its interactive and intuitive application, offers you a multitude of different programs, either to train yourself or to animate an event you are organizing. Here, we will focus on the event mode.
Kinomap has developed a tool that allows you to give a large number of people the Kinomap experience while putting them in competition with each other. Generally, the animations are made on short courses (500m to be covered, 1 to 2 minutes of activity max) in order to have a maximum of participants, whatever their physical condition, without forcing them to a too intense effort, without leaving with the breath cut or sweating.
To have more information on how to set up this Event Mode, go to the Shared Mode article on Kinomap: and more precisely, to the How to activate the Shared Mode for your event section.
The SPRINT mode (cycling/running/rowing):
This mode allows, a large number of participants, to challenge each other on the same video (or portion of the video), in order to see who will have done the best time. Then, each result will be displayed in a dashboard set up by Kinomap.
Here is an example of a Dashboard for the SPRINT mode:
The DISTANCE mode (cycling/running/rowing):
This mode allows, a large number of participants, to challenge each other on the total distance covered. Each participant will be able to make the video he wants. Only the distance covered during the current session will be counted in a dashboard.
Here is an example of a dashboard for the DISTANCE mode:
Before the start of the session, each participant who wishes to do so simply needs to enter his/her name, email address, or login to receive a report on the activity and appear in the general ranking. The user will receive a summary of his/her performance by email!
This mode allows a large number of participants to challenge each other on the same video (or section of video), to see who has done the best time. The ranking is updated in real-time and available online.
