Kinomap, through its interactive and intuitive application, offers you a multitude of different programs, whether it is to train yourself or to animate an event, a group of people, etc. Here is an article about the general ideas of our shared mode. This one is declined in 4 sub-modes, allowing it to correspond to all types of needs: event, corporate, medical, and clubs / federations.

How to set up the shared mode?
On the organization side:
Please contact Kinomap regarding your animation request. Someone from the team will contact you. You can contact Kinomap via support@kinomap.com or sales@kinomap.com.
On the Kinomap side:
As soon as we have the information on the concerned accounts for the planned occasion, we will set up the accounts so that they are correct on your side. This setting is done internally by Kinomap.
On the Race side (when a person will start using the equipment):
When a person will start pedaling (either for the SPRINT or DISTANCE mode), he will have to fill out a small questionnaire, in order to be able to fill out the information (Name, first name, email address, etc.). This information can be configured at your convenience. Kinomap can help on this point too. The novelty of our shared mode lies in the fact that now, as soon as the username of the account is filled in the information field, the account holder will find directly on his news feed the session he just made. Ideal for events/sessions where several people will use the same equipment, in order to have a more precise and adequate follow-up! You will also be able to find your session by email if you fill in the "Email" field.
How to activate this shared mode for your event?
Note that: the actions detailed below are compulsory, as soon as you want to activate the shared mode for the participants/patients/licensees. Whatever the shared mode you are going to use (Event / Corporate, Wellness or Club), you will have to do the following operations.
As soon as Kinomap will have confirmed the shared mode, you will be asked to activate the shared mode on your application, in order to ensure the smooth running of the session. In this case, go to the Kinomap application, through the "More" menu, click on "Shared mode", then check on "Enable shared mode".
Then you can start your video session. Just before you start your video, a screen will appear (you can find this screen in the menu above: How to set up the Shared Mode -> Running side (when a person will start using the equipment).
As you can see, there are different options to select. It will depend on the information you want to list.
Kinomap advises :
- For the Event mode, activate the following checkboxes: Display user name fields [Kinomap user] / Display name fields / Display email fields / Display a custom field [if needed]
- For the Corporate mode, activate the following checkboxes: Display user name fields [Kinomap user] / Display name fields / Display email fields / Display a custom field [if needed].
- For the Medical mode, activate the following checkboxes: Display user name fields [Kinomap user] / Display name fields / Display email fields / Send activity detail email on this account / Display a custom field [if needed]
- For the Club mode, activate the following checkboxes: Display user name fields [Kinomap user] / Display name fields / Display email fields / Send activity detail mail on this account / Display a custom field [if needed]
