Most videos do not have sound because the content creator muted it during upload.
The main reasons for this are poor sound quality due to wind interference or because they are in a group outing and want to keep their conversation private.
However, coaching videos have sound because the coach provides instructions along with background music.
If you do not have sound in the app, make sure that:

The video actually has sound.

There is no physical "mute" button, especially on Apple devices.

The volume is sufficiently high in your sound settings.

In the Kinomap app, you have not muted specific sounds either in the app settings or in the training settings.
