If your video isn't available on the Kinomap apps, this is due to one of the following reasons:
- The video doesn't respect standards regarding the video quality: stabilized video, with a correct exposition, without obstacles, and in the direction of the road
- The weather is bad and there is a lot of rain on the camera lens
- The distance and the duration are too short: a minimum of 5 minutes and 1 kilometer
- The video speed isn't suited to cycling or rowing. (example: videos recorded from a car)
For example, this video isn't approved for only one reason:
It has been recorded from the back of the bike.
Also, please note that a few hours (up to 24 hours) might be necessary for your video to be available in the indoor training apps: the time to process additional elevation data and segment slope calculations.
