You can easily take out a new subscription from our website by logging in to your Kinomap account and visiting My subscriptions
You can then choose between 2 subscriptions:
Click on the "Select" button to start the payment process.
This takes you to the payment summary page, where you can also choose the family option (more information here). Confirm your choice at the bottom of the page with the yellow button, and you'll be taken to the payment page.
From here, you can enter your credit card details or select a previous one registered on your account.
There's a final reminder of the amount of the payment you're currently making, for example for the monthly subscription:
Finally, click on the yellow button at the bottom of the page to complete the purchase.
You'll soon receive an e-mail confirming that your new subscription has been activated.
Depending on your bank, you may need to perform an additional action, such as authentication using 3D Secure.
Please note that you can upgrade your subscription to the next level at any time by following the same steps, e.g. from a monthly to an annual subscription.
