Subscribing on the app

You can take out a subscription from within the app, whether on an Android or iOS device.

This type of subscription is called an in_app subscription. They can be managed from the "Subscriptions" section in the PlayStore and AppStore, and can only be cancelled there. Nevertheless, they will appear in the "My subscriptions" menu on the website.

Please note that this feature is only available on smartphones and tablets, but not on Kinomap TV.

To subscribe, go to the application's "Profile" menu, then to Settings. Then go to the "Subscribe now" menu:

Select the subscription of your choice: annual or monthly. If any promotional offers are available, they will also be displayed on this page.

Once you've pressed "Subscribe", a PlayStore or AppStore pop-up will appear to finalize your purchase.

Reminder:

• the family option is not compatible with in_app subscriptions. You'll need to take out a subscription on the website first, then activate the option.

• lifetime subscriptions cannot be taken out via the in_app, but only via the website

• as on the website, in_app subscriptions are automatically renewed on the expiry date. An e-mail will be sent to you by the PlayStore or AppStore before the end of your subscription, allowing you to choose whether to renew or cancel it.

• an in_app subscription to Tunturi Routes or KettMAPS can only be used on the application concerned. Conversely, a Kinomap subscription gives you access to the following applications
