Promo codes can be used only on our website.
They are not compatible with:
subscriptions purchased through the mobile app
the lifetime plan
an existing active subscription (see details below)
an upgrade/migration between plans
How to use a promo code?
1. Log in or create your Kinomap account
Go to our website and log in. If you don’t have an account yet, you can easily create one.
2. Go to the “My subscriptions” tab
Click your profile icon in the top right corner, then select “My Subscriptions”.
3. Choose your plan
Select the Monthly or Annual subscription.
4. Enter your promo code
At the bottom of the page, enter your code in the dedicated field.
📌 The code is case-sensitive and must be entered exactly as provided.
If the code is valid, the price will update automatically
If the code is invalid, the message “This coupon does not exist” will appear
5. Finalizin the purchase
On the next page, simply:
Enter or confirm your payment method
Click “Complete purchase” to finalize your subscription
I already have an active subscription: what should I do?
Promo codes cannot be used on:
an active subscription
a subscription migration (changing your plan before expiration)
If you want to benefit from a promo code:
Cancel your current subscription from the “My subscription” section
📌 Canceling only disables automatic renewal; you keep access until the expiration dateOnce your subscription expires, you will be able to subscribe again using your promo code, if it is still valid
