For just €8 more per month (with a renewable monthly or annual subscription), you can add up to 4 additional users to your subscription.
You can cancel this option at any time without affecting your main subscription. The only consequence is that the additional users will lose access to the service at the end of the paid billing period.
How do I add the Family Option when purchasing a subscription?
Once you have selected your monthly or annual subscription, you can enable the Family Option by switching the toggle to Yes.
The Family Option price will automatically appear in the bottom-right corner of your subscription summary.
You can now complete your purchase. The Family Option will automatically be activated and linked to your subscription.
How do I add the Family Option to an existing subscription?
If you already have a subscription purchased through the Kinomap website, you can still add the Family Option.
Log in to the website and click Subscription Settings.
Then simply click Activate the Family Option.
Once your payment is complete, the Family Option will be activated immediately and ready to use.
How do I cancel the Family Option?
You can cancel your Family Option at any time by going to Subscription Settings on the Kinomap website and clicking Stop the Family Option.
