How do I create a Kinomap account?

Creating a Kinomap account is free and only takes a few minutes. Once your account has been created, you will be able to personalize your experience, connect your equipment, and start your first workouts.

Important: Please note that the username, which is requested first, must be unique, just like your email address. Feel free to personalize it to avoid choosing a username that is already being used by another user. Your personal information can be modified after your account has been created.

 

Create an account from the application

Download and launch the Kinomap application on your device. From the sign-in screen, select "Not account yet? Sign up". Please note that you can also create your account using the sign-in buttons available at the bottom of the page, such as:

  • Apple

  • Google

  • Strava

  • Decathlon

 

Please enter the requested information:

  • username

  • email address

  • password

Then accept the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy before confirming.

 

Once your account has been created, Kinomap guides you through a few steps to personalize your experience.

 

Connect your equipment

The first step is to connect your fitness equipment (exercise bike, rowing machine, treadmill, smart trainer, etc.).

Customize your profile

Complete your profile information to further personalize your Kinomap experience. You can complete the information related to your user profile. This information can also be modified later.

 

 

Personalize your preferences

This step allows Kinomap to recommend content tailored to your preferences. You can select: 

  • your favorite landscapes (multiple choices)

  • the number of workouts you would like to complete each week

  • the average duration of your workouts

This information can be modified at any time.

 

Create an account from the website

You can also create your account directly on Kinomap via your web browser. In the top right-hand corner of the page, click on "Log in".

 

From the sign-in window, click "Don't have an account? Sign up". You can also create your account using the available sign-in buttons:

  • Apple

  • Google

  • Strava

  • Decathlon

Please enter the requested information:

  • username

  • email address

  • password

Then accept the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy before completing your registration. Just like when signing up through the application, you will also be able to personalize your profile and your preferences.

 

Do you already have an account?

If you’ve already created a Kinomap account, there’s no need to create a new one. Simply log in using the same details to access: 

  • your subscription

  • your activities

  • your favorite videos

  • your playlists

  • your history

Can I create an account with Apple or Google?
Yes. You can use your Apple or Google account when creating your account.
Can I change my email address later?
Yes. You can change your email address from your profile on the Kinomap website.
Do I need to create a new account if I change my phone?
No. Simply sign in with your existing Kinomap account to retrieve all your data.
Can I use the same account on multiple devices?
Yes. Your account can be used on multiple devices. Simply sign in using the same credentials.
