The old interval training mode has been removed, now replaced with an advanced structured workout mode offering more training modes, and the possibility to create your own one!

According to your machine, you'll be able to train in different workouts modes:
Cycling

FTP: This mode offers you a structured workout specific to your own level. The FTP is the theoretical power you can produce for one hour, and this is the most common indicator of cyclists. We all have a different FTP but we have to work the same %FTP range to progress. (This mode is not compatible with all machines)

Target power or Watts mode: We simply send a Target power value to the machine and this one constantly adjusts the resistance so that you produce this target power. Slope mode: The most compatible one since it works the same as in video mode. If your machine is interactive, the resistance will change automatically, otherwise, the app will prompt you to change it manually.

Resistance mode: Compatible with interactive and smart machines, this workout is based on a percentage of the maximum resistance of your equipment. If your machine is interactive, the resistance will change automatically, otherwise, the app will prompt you to change it manually.
Running

Incline mode: Training mode based on the inclination. If your machine is interactive, the incline will change automatically, otherwise, the app will prompt you to change it manually.

Speed mode: One of the most popular training modes outdoor. For security reasons, we do not control the speed of your machine, even if this one is interactive. Then you'll have to change the speed manually when the app will prompt you to.
Elliptical

Resistance mode: Compatible with interactive and smart machines, this workout is based on a percentage of the maximum resistance of your equipment. If your machine is interactive, the resistance will change automatically, otherwise, the app will prompt you to change it manually.
Rowing

Resistance mode: Compatible with interactive, this workout is based on a percentage of the maximum resistance of your equipment. If your machine is interactive, the resistance will change automatically, otherwise, the app will prompt you to change it manually.
