The security token between third-party platforms and Kinomap may occasionally expire.
When this happens, activity sharing will no longer work and the following error message may appear: "An error occurred while sharing your activity on the chosen platform.. please contact our support."
To resolve this issue, simply disconnect and reconnect the third-party platform to Kinomap in order to renew the security token.
In the example below, Strava is used as the third-party platform.

Log in to the Kinomap website and click on your username, then select Settings.
In the settings menu, click on Share.
Revoke access to the third-party platform.
Reconnect your third-party platform account to Kinomap.
In the case of Strava, make sure the following option is checked:
Your security token has now been renewed and your activities will once again be automatically exported to the third-party platform.
