The access token between external platforms and Kinomap sometimes needs to be renewed. As a result, you get the following message when you try to export your activity: "An error occurred while sharing your activity on the chosen platform.. please contact our support." If you are concerned, just follow these steps.

The transfer between Kinomap and Strava suddenly don't work. I followed all steps from mp4 help movie, but data export to Strava still doesn't work.
It is impossible to send data by mail or even download data as a gpx file :(

I did all the steps for resetting and re-synchronizing. Synchronization with Strava does not work, neither manually nor automatically. I can't download any kind of file from download. What else can I do?
I have the same problem. I delinked and linked the Strava connection, yet the activity does not appear on Strava, nor does the download work.

Download of the TCX file has now worked for me.
