The Free Training mode allows you to train at your own pace, without following a video or predefined route. It is ideal for personalized sessions, whether you are indoors on a connected device or outdoors using your device's GPS.
🏠 Indoor Mode
This mode allows you to create your own session based on your goals and type of equipment.
Two options are available:
🔓 Free Training
Train freely, without constraints of time, distance, or calories.
🎯 With Goal
Set a goal before starting your session. You can choose between:

Distance
-
Duration
-
Calories
During the training, several data points will appear on the screen:

Duration, distance
-
Power (in watts), incline percentage
-
Speed, cadence (SPM or RPM), heart rate (if sensor connected)
-
Resistance or incline adjustable with the + / - buttons on the right side of the screen (depending on equipment type)
🌍 Outdoor Mode
This mode uses your device's GPS to record your outdoor activities.
Once activated:

A map (satellite view) is accessible via the “Map” button in the top right

Press “Start,” then choose the type of activity:

Run / Walk
-
Ride
-
Row
-
Once the type is selected, recording starts automatically. The statistics visible on the screen include:

Duration of the activity
-
Distance covered and speed
📌 At any time, you can:

Display the map by tapping the Map button
-
Pause or end the session with the Pause button, which also gives access to a session summary
👉 This mode is perfect if you want to track your efforts indoors or outdoors, without the constraint of a video route.
