    You currently have an opened ticket for this issue, don't worry about your subscription, you won't lose anything in this situation.
    For the time being, you only paid 79.99 euros so it's less than 140 euros for the upgrade.
    Your subscription won't be canceled don't worry, we just ask you to wait a little bit to fix this issue.

    Hello,

    Have you finally found out what happened to my account and payment? I think 3 weeks is enough time!
    After checking my subscription history on my Kinomap account - I can see that you have done nothing. There are no changes and the information does not match the history of my real subscriptions and payments !!!
    As I can see, I am patient, however everything ends sometime.
    Please decide what to do next ... I don't want to wait any longer.
    I would like a refund or an upgrade to the lifetime app.
    The choice is yours.
