I had an annual account subscription - as far as I remember - until May 28th, 2020. On May 1st, I found an offer to upgrade my account to the unlimited version (app lifetime) for 149 euros. It was a very interesting offer, so I decided to use it on May 1st. The system canceled my existing subscription and accepted the option to charge my account with 149 euros. I was surprised to find out that my account was charged € 79.99 on May 3rd, and my account upgrade (app lifetime for 149 euros) disappeared and the annual option for € 79.99 appeared. Please restore the previous offer (App lifetime for 149 euros) - and if it is impossible, cancel the above transactions, keep my existing account until May 28 and refund the account. I assume that this is a system error, however if this is not the case - I think such actions to be unfair and despite the fact that I liked your application - I'm so desperate that I'm even considering cancellation of my subscription.
The situation is strange because in the details of my subscription there is next payment of 79.99 euros for the year in 2021. When I enter the upgrade option, there is still the option to subscribe to the app lifetime for 149 euros with the annotation CURRENT OFFER - although it is already inactive for me. What is going on?
Could you help me solve this problem, please?
