    Hello,

A cross trainer is a bit particular, something between cycling and running indeed.

We think that the movement on a cross-trainer is closer to running than cycling and so, as we don't have specific content for cross-trainer users, you are compared with runners.

The problem is that, according to the manufacturer, the console send us either a cycling speed rather than a running speed and so, even between cross-trainers, it's hard to compare them.

The first thing we'll improve at mid-term is to show only opponents having the same type of equipment ( cross-trainer or treadmill).

Then, we'll have to find a solution to have a fair comparison between cross-trainers users, not matter how the manufacturer considers it.

    Best regards,
    Cedric.

    Hi Cedric,

great to hear that you are trying to take care of us cross-trainer users.

Maybe you could implement you feature somehow that it is up to the user to define what kind of equipment he is using. One example:

    * With my old cross-trainer (= wheel in the back) I had an average speed of about 10 km/h = comparable with running.

    * With my new one, an eliptical machine (= wheel in the front) I nearly doubled (!) my average to 19 - 20 km/h = too fast for running, too fast for cycling up a mountain, far too slow compared to cycling on a flat road. => Therefore, the best course for me is off-road content for cyclists using a mountain bike. I am sure that many other users of ellipitcal trainers prefer cycling routes as well.

Unfortunately, we are currently excluded from the high-scores as well ... and if we are excluded from highscores then there will be still no opponents of the same type of equipment ... maybe you could think of this when during the development of this new feature.
