I am using a Sportstech SX400 Speedbike which is compatible with the Kinomap App. I obviously have to manually adjust the resistance with the button, so I am wondering what the best way is to train with the Kinomap App, what are the most useful trainings and methods, considering that e.g. in a cycling mountain climbing Tour de France video, the resistance is not automatically adjusted..
I am happy for any input or experiences...
