    Hi Daniel,

     

    I don't work for KM, I bought a Bluefin same as you, and had the same issues. BF support was pretty rubbish in the technical respect.

    What I found as a workaround was to load the awful app that they 'recommend' called 'Fitness Data', go through the motions and set it up, but don't actually use it, leave it running in the background and it SHOULD connect to your rower.

    Then open up KM and that in turn SHOULD now connect to your rower. I've been using it today and it is uploading data.

    P.S. this was on my iPad, hopefully will also work for Android.
