I use a WaterRower with S4 monitor and ComModule. I receive the data with the Kinomap app on my iPhone Xs.
Everything worked perfectly for several months. It has been the case for three days now that the video starts at the beginning of the rudder, but then breaks off again and again and starts and breaks off again - approximately every second.
I have already reinstalled the app, logged in several times, etc. No matter which video I start.
The ComModule is loaded and working, because the transfer to the original WaterRower Connect app works perfectly.
So Kinomap is not usable and I have a Liftime subscription.
I urgently ask for support! What can I do?
