First time trying to connect/set up the app.
I'm using an Elite Rampa Bluetooth Smart 4.0 connection and having no luck getting the app to see my trainer either via my Galaxy S10 or iPad. I've visited the https://support.kinomap.com/hc/en-us/articles/360015523411-How-to-connect-my-equipment-for-the-first-time- link as suggested in some previous user posts, however, still no joy.
Any help or guidance would be great. Keen once all sorted to test out via my AppleTV 4K
