    I’m having the same problem. Contacted Cedric at support yesterday- attached a screenshot and video. Haven’t heard anything since!

    Hello Kinomap team, Thanks for teh recent update of teh app. I was impressed how fast you have fixed it.

    I am now able to access the map. However now, after having my first set-up, I am not able to connect my Iphone XS with my cross trainer, Sportstech CX640. Whatever I have tried, I was not able to connect:-(

    Hello,

    The issue you encountered with the 'start' button has been fixed and we released an app update that Apple is progressively deploying.

    Really sorry for the inconvenience.

    The CX640 should connect without any troubles, does it work well with the Cardiofit app?
