App crashes during ride and more

    I had some similar problems with my Apple TV 4K and Samsung serie 7 TV. The videos with very high resolution stops after one minute and the loadring sometimes appears, then it starts again, run a few sec and then it starts again, and so on. The pic stops, shatters and when it gone a couple of minutes the vid is impossible to stop via the Quit button in Kinomap. The only way to stop the video from hackning along is to close the app in the Apple TV.

    I now have got the settings so it runs smooth in Discovery mode, but when I run in Challange mode it goes banana. It’s like it cannot buffer enough to make the vid run without interrups. But now I do not know what to do. My internet speed 100Mbit/s up and down, so that should be enough to run all videos smoothly. I have tried three HDMI cables, and now have a HDMI-cable that is Ultra High Speed, it is a Belkin HDMI cable that you can buy from Apples home page. But now I do not know what to do, I have opened up my last ticket with the Kinomap support, we sent many emails between us but they can not figure out what it can be.

    In the settings on Apple TV there is a HDMI cable test, in that test I get a message that the Apple TV cannot hold a stabile connection, but in a similar test on the Samsung TV it says everything is ok. Had contact with Apple support today but they could not figure out what the problem was. The thing is that movies, and other apps, etc on the Apple TV works perfect, no flicker, no disturbences at all. It is a very hard nut to crack!

    So if someone out there read this and have the same setup, with Apple TV 4K, Samsung series 7 65”, and inCondi Recumbent trainer bike with bluetooth and iConsole, and have any clues about what to do next, please give me a tip.
