    Hello,

Thanks for your interest in Kinomap.
To be honest, we have never received any complaint about the difficulty in using the Kinomap app.
We added the essential articles in the FAQ, for example how to add your equipment for the first time, or how to display video on a bigger screen.
Which setting or feature would you like to have more information about?
    Best regards,
    Cedric.

I completely agree with the comment of the lack of information when you first start Kinomap. I’m in IT, but the information on the screens is not explained in any tutorial that I’ve seen.  Why don’t you have a YouTube video explaining the different screens and what they all mean.
I am used to running, but I’m injured and have started cycling; so I’m not familiar with cadence and watts and would like more information

for instance, when I am cycling in a multiplayer race, when the route goes uphill, I can fell the resistance rise.  I assume this is simulating the assent.  However I thought the resistance is used to simulate the gear changes.  So if I want to go faster I press the up button on my smart bike (i have a bh dual carbon exercise bike) and I assume that raises the gear number.
hoever, if I’m in a multiplayer race, does pressing the up button do anything at all.  Is the bike being controlled by the app, so pressing the up button doesn’t increase my speed.  If this the case how can I compete?
these are the sort of questions it would be good to be explained by a series of tutorials for beginners to your app

Well, Cedric, I hope that you will take these two suggestions serious. You may notice that I am not using Kinomap very often in spite of the 80 euros paid. The app plunges the user into a myriad of videos of which some are poorly edited. The choice for me as a slow biker is limited. I seem to end up every session with the same limited selection. I have recently purchased the Oculus VR Quest and notice that for 80 euros spent on VR software you get a lot more support, service and functionality. I hope to receive a serious reply.

i don't speak english fluently  and i dont work for Kinomap but I have been a new paying user for two months and i like this software but i dont know exactly why but each time i use it , i have to search how i did the last time. But i think i have a solution to help all users who need. I will create a facebook group Kinomap user  and if somebody have a question the answer will probably come from a member off the group. I am sure that if the group is popular kinomap will have a person in the group to help members to solve problems.
