Every time I try to start a video, the screen freezes and in a clam there is written: "Searching for primary equipment". Have contacted the dealer, but nothing helps.

I have tried with both my tablet, Huawei MediaPad T3 10 and with my phone Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge, both with the same result.
