As of June 22nd, we will be making changes to the way you log in to our platform.
From this date, it will no longer be possible to log in via third-party platforms such as Facebook / Google / Strava.
Only the identification via email address/password will be possible.
Don't worry, if you used to log in through one of these platforms to use Kinomap, your account has not been deleted for all that. Once connected via your email address and password, you will find your subscription & your activity history. This operation is completely transparent for your account so.
The only thing you need to do to log in is to set a Kinomap password.
Go to https://dashboard.kinomap.com/en/login and click on the 'lost password?' button.
Fill in the email address that was associated with your Google / Strava or Facebook account.
You will receive an email with a link to set your password. Please click on this link and set a new password.
If you do not receive this email, make sure it is not in the SPAM folder or any other folder in your email box.
Once your password is defined, go back to the Kinomap application to log in:
The process is then finished, you can continue to use Kinomap as before.
IMPORTANT :
Some accounts do not have an associated email address, because the Strava and Facebook platforms do not provide it when logging in.
As a result, some of you may be stuck because your account has no associated email address to set a password.
