How to add a family member to my subscription?

    But what are the steps to do this? Set up another account? How are they linked? Says to send an invite, but not how. Implies you can just add another email but what if you and your spouse share an email account? You need to post the step by step directions to make this happen.

    Wrong info they should tell you only possible on laptop browser edge or chrome to add an user there is no way to do this on safari on tablet or iphone

    Family plan - This is a nightmare.  How do I do this.  There are no instructions.

    Can anyone help me?

    Agree, directions are not very good. It took me a while and several emails to get it sorted out. It turns out they used a linked accounts method. You have to use a PC and not a app to do all this. Your main account which you set up and paid your family plan with is your master account for the family plan. Each other individual who is to be part of the family plan sets up their own account with their own email address, note each person needs their own email address aka no shared emails. You can use the 14 day free trial to do this for each person. Once that is done you can link them all to the master account. Now the tricky part...tricky as the navigation is a little awkward the first time you do it.

    1. Log in to master/main account. 

    2. Click on "DASHBOARD" in upper right.

    3. (Here is one awkward part)Now again back in the upper right a new round colored button will show up where "Dashboard" was. Click on down arrow next to your initials located in a round link get the drop down. In the drop down click on "My Subscriptions"

    4. (Next awkward apart) In the box that will now turn up on the left side on the screen under "My Subscription" click on the little gear set in the upper right corner in the box under "My Subscriptions"

    5. In the little box it will now say "My family accounts" with just the master account email listed with a star next to it. Below is a box to add the emails for the other accounts that have been set up. Type them in one at a time and click add each time you add one. Do them individually, not as a group. It will show like 2/5, 3/5, etc as you add. 

    You will know you have been successful when they show up in a list under the main email above. Each person then can double check by logging in to their account which should no longer list them as a trial member. You can delete and add up to 4 accounts plus the master account.

    Hello. Can the family account be used on different bikes at the same time? Four of the family plan could we do a training together?

    Perhaps it is nice to mention that this is not a free offer, but costs 8 Euro per month. Those purchase steps are conveniently hidden from the instructions above. :(
