At Kinomap, we really care about people, our team, our members, and users but also all of us.
This is great to see the entire team at work this morning, from various locations, most from home including our developers, our support desk, sales & marketing team, and the overall management. Our goal has always been to bring fun to your indoor training experience fun, to make it more interactive and immersive than before, giving everybody the ability to travel the world from home and try to entertain members’ lives. And we will keep working and do our best in this aim despite this unprecedented situation.
Nevertheless, we deeply monitor the situation closely to ensure the safety of our team and may adjust our way of working and supporting our users as things evolve. Business travels have been canceled. Our team is working remotely and each has access to the right technology and systems access to continue to do their jobs.
We appreciate your patience and understanding in case of any lead time to reach our support desk or have to wait a bit for the delivery of new features as initially planned. But so far so good as we don’t expect any delay.

Is processing of uploaded tracks on hold, or did Did I do something wrong? - My last 3 tracks did not get approved🙄

The situation is a bit particular and we are sorry for the delay in answering to support tickets or approving the videos.
We continue approving the videos but we might encounter a small delay.
