If you've just installed one of the Kinomap applications and would like to add your equipment for the first time, simply follow this guide.
1. Classic Bluetooth connection (iOS only)
If you have a device running on classic Bluetooth (as opposed to Bluetooth Smart), you first need to pair it with the Bluetooth settings on iOS.
2. On iOS and Android
In this example, we're going to connect an exercise bike.
First, go to the "Profile" menu, then press the "Settings" button in the top right-hand corner:
Then select "Equipment Management":
Then press "Add new equipment" or the "+" button in the top right-hand corner:
Select your equipment type, and don't forget to click "Next" at the bottom of the screen:
You can now search for a brand in the field provided. Once you've selected the brand of your equipment, press "Next" again:
Now you can choose the model of your equipment from the various categories:
Once your equipment has been detected, press "Next":
A connection test will start to check that we are receiving data from your equipment. Once the connection has been confirmed, simply press "Next" one last time:
Now that your equipment is connected, you can start training:

Useless
Hello,
Why is it useless in your opinion?
Best regards,
Cedric.
How do I connect the Runn treadmill sensor to kinomap? I selected the treadmill option under my equipment then selected "Ant+ Bluetooth" sensor option but it isn't able to find my sensor even though my phone can see it.
Abonné depuis mars. Impossible de me reconnecter
I cant still not log in whit my code SQU6753. Ven im juse kinomap norhing is on my accont and when I trey I just get
Pourquoi est-ce que je ne suis pas capable de connecter mon vélo
The "calculation of speed by cadence" option is missing in the Equipment Management - rowing machine settings section after last update. This function is indispensable when measuring the distance traveled.
Hello,
I recently purchased the Yosuda H-187 rower and have been using it
successfully with Kinomap on my Android pixel phone... but the screen is
too tiny to see most of the numbers, so....
I bought a new 9th generation ipad... it has bluetooth and is seeing
other bluetooth devices (speakers, etc.). It is a straight ipad... not
ipad pro or ipad air or ipad mini or whatever other flavors they have...
a 9th generation straight ipad.
I go through the kinomap wizard, select rower, ftms, hit next and then
they have their 'beating' bluetooth graphic which eventually times out.
I've rebooted the i-pad,
--pulled the batteries from the rower,
-- held down the reset button as soon as the ipad starts looking for the
rower,
-- put the batteries in once the ipad starts looking
-- I've tried rowing while the ipad is trying to sync.
-- and andy other variations I can think of dozens of times... I spent about an
hour trying different combinations to no avail
HOWEVER, the first time I tried, the ipad did find the rower but
wouldn't let me finish the wizard so I'm guessing something happened
because it never found the rower again.
After all of the above, I was able to do a workout as per usual with my
android phone, but I still couldn't read the tiny numbers
I have made sure that bluetooth is turned off on my android phone so
that isn't the issue where it may be connecting there instead.
The numbers in the rower display always stay on as I'm trying to sync
the ipad with it whereas the screen goes blank when it connects to my
phone.
Since it connected the 1st time out of the box (but didn't let me finish the wizard), I did a factory reset on the ipad and started the whole thing over again, but it still didn't work.
I am hoping you have some suggestions
Thank you,
Howard
Does not detect my schwinn ic4 pedaling. It did discover my equipment fine, but it fails on the connection test where it tells you to pedal.
I had my exercise bike connected. Then I needed to subscribe and it wouldn't work on my tablet and the app on my tablet kept having an error, even after I downloaded the app on my phone and got the subscript so I had to delete and reinstall the app and now I can't connect my bike because you didn't have the manufacturer
