Why a video I uploaded on Kinomap is not available from Kinomap indoor training Apps?

A video uploaded on Kinomap is not available on the Kinomap training APPS until our support team has validated it.

To make it available, we check the speed of recording that should be similar to what can be done on the road by a runner, a rower or a rider.

We also check the GPS file, to be sure that video and GPS positioning are not false.

Also, please note that a few hours (up to 24 hours) might be necessary for your video to be available in the indoor training apps : the time to process additional elevation data and segment slope calculations.

If a video can't be validated, it stay on the website, but can't be played on our APPS to train on it.
