Kinomap offers each new user, a 14 days trial period in order to discover all our content and features.
After this period, a subscription is then necessary and you can subscribe via two different channels:

We offer three different durations:
- The Monthly offer is ideal if you want to access all the content of the application for a limited period: you can cancel directly
- The Annual offer offers you a more advantageous rate, on the simple condition that you commit yourself for one year.
- The Lifetime subscription, also known as App Life Time, is a one-time fee giving you permanent access to our application without a time limit. the price is equivalent to 3-years of subscription (36 months ; 11,99€ or USD 11.99 per month)
The family option:
You can stop this option at any time and it will have no impact on your basic package. Simply, the people declared on this option will no longer have access to the service at the end of the paid period.
2. From the app :
It is possible to subscribe from our application, through the Google Play Store, or the Apple Store.
From the application, you can only choose the monthly or annual plan.
The family option is not available if you subscribe from the application, it is a service exclusive to WEB offers.
In all cases, once the subscription is taken, the account is automatically updated in the application: no need to enter an activation code for example.
My annual plan will be renewed on 20 January. I will like to change it to Life Time Duo plan. What should I do?
I would like to upgrade my subscription to Duo Lifetime but my wife and I have separate trainers. Is the Duo Lifetime subscription the way to go?
yes it does. the App Life Time Duo gives you 2 accounts on the same or different machines, like if you have 2 independent subscriptions.

I subscribed on a temporary device and paid the monthly fee US11.99$. I was not offered a free trial. I then downloaded the KinoMap app on a second device and it is requiring that I subscribe and pay again.
Please advise!! I am testing different phones. I have only one rowing machine.
Why do I have to pay again??/
I started subscription using the Kinomap app on Android.
When I want to activate Strava sync, it sends me to the kinomap website.
The website does not see my subscription. Strava sync is blocked because the website thinks I do not have a subscription.

Well, that doesn't seem to work.
I have the same problem. Also, I'm unable to manually download the files, it just links back to dashboard, might be related?
I have a lifetime subscription but in my dashboard it says the duration is 99 months. Does this mean it is only valid 99 months?
